The World Beauty Campus & Campionato Online 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") is organized to promote excellence, creativity and training in the beauty industry: eyelash extensions, lamination, PMU, make-up, nail-art, hairdressing, etc.

- JUNIOR - experience up to 2 years
- MASTER - experience over 2 years
- ELITE - trainers, referees, winners of national/international titles
Note: First place in a category automatically moves the participant to the higher category.

- General rules for photos / materials
- Required format: JPG (no collages), minimum recommended resolution 2000Γ2000 px.
- Neutral background (white or light gray) - for samples that require this; for editorial make-up, a plain background with no branding is acceptable.
- Not accepted: watermark, logo, name, diplomas in frame, photos previously posted online or in publications.
- A maximum of 17 photos / category will be accepted (according to the specific guidelines for each category).
- Any retouching that alters reality is forbidden (minimal light/contrast corrections allowed; filters / skin structure changes / digital extensions - prohibited)

A. Gene extensions (on samples) - technical summary
- Classic 1D
- Curves allowed: A, B, B+, C, C+, CC, D, D+
- Thickness: 0.10 / 0.12
- Lengths: 5-12 mm
- Colors: black, brown
- Adhesive: black, brown, transparent
- Makeup: natural perm, no eye area
- Volume 2D-3D
- Curves: A+, B, B+, C, C+, CC, D, D+ (mix admitted)
- Thicknesses: 0.05 / 0.06 / 0.07
- Lengths: 4-12 mm
- Colors: black, brown
- Adhesive: black/brown/transparent
- Volume 4D-8D / 8D-12D
- Curves: all allowed (can be mixed)
- Thickness: 0.03-0.05 (depending on density)
- Lengths: 5-14 mm (depending on category)
- Allowed colors: black, brown (or color for fantasy samples)
- Adhesive: clear recommended for large volumes
- YY & 3W
- YY: thicknesses 0.05 / 0.07, curves C/CC/D, lengths 6-12 mm.
- 3W: thickness 0.05 / 0.07, 3D-6D, lengths 5-12 mm.
- Laminar genes
- Any type of curlers allowed; dye color: black/brown; natural makeup without eye area.
- Eyebrow rolling / Styling
- Paint/henna: any color allowed.
- Models with previous cosmetic eyebrow tattoos will not be accepted (for PMU / henna samples another rule is specified).
- Penalty for significant skin rash.
General note: if the participant does not respect the technical specifications of the event (e.g.: volume different from the nomination) he/she may be penalized or disqualified.

B. PMU (Permanent Makeup) - regulation & requirements
PMU samples accepted: Eyebrows (microblading / hairstroke / ombrΓ© / combo), Lips (lip blush / full), Eyeliner (micropigmentation).
General conditions:
- Models with previous cosmetic tattoos to the same area (tattooed eyebrows) will not be accepted, unless clearly specified and competition allows "cover/rework" (announced separately).
- For evaluation, procedures completed 7-45 days prior to submission are recommended (to allow for an immediate/current outcome/current healing assessment). If the rules of the examination require the cured photo, the allowed period will be announced separately.
Mandatory PMU photos (JPG, neutral background):
- "BEFORE": full frontal (eyes open), close-up each eyebrow/brow area separately, eyes closed (for eyeliner), natural lips.
- "AFTER": frontal face, close-up left/right, pigment texture detail, natural light image; photos with skin stretched to see the detail of the thread organization (for eyebrows).
- Maximum 12-15 photos / category (respect the list).
PMU judging criteria (each criterion maximum 10p):
1. Symmetry & positioning - 10p
2. Shape & design adapted to the face - 10p
3. Color matching (tone / undertone) - 10p
4. Density & uniform pigment distribution - 10p
5. Delimitation & natural transitions - 10p
6. Realism (for microblading / hairstroke) - 10p
7. Technique & accuracy (line/ace/pen) - 10p
8. Pigment saturation & uniformity - 10p
9. Respecting hygiene & safety (photo documentation / conditions) - 10p
10. Overall aesthetic effect & integration with the rest of the face - 10p
11. Full documentation (before/after + consent) - 10p
Maximum total PMU: 110p (normalizing for inter-probe comparisons; see Queen Supreme section).
PMU penalties:
- Incorrect pigment (wrong color) - score deduction.
- Failure to observe hygiene / lack of consent - disqualification.
- Edited photo / watermark - disqualification.

C. MAKE-UP - detailed regulation
Makeup categories:
1. Bridal / Natural - day / bridal makeup
2.Soft makeup
3.evening makeup (glam makeup ,or glitter makeup)
4.Arabic makeup (arabic style)
5.Pin up makeup (70s, red lips, scarf with red polka dots)
6.Creative / Fantasy - artistic make-up, themed Marea,aqua,marine,summer
General conditions:
- Edited photos / filters that alter the effect of the make-up are not accepted.
Required MAKE-UP photos (JPG, neutral background or studio):
- Before: full frontal, no makeup (eyes open), left/right profile (1 photo each).
- After: front front (eyes open), close-up eyes (left/right), close-up lips, profile left/right, full-body (if makeup involves body), detail (textures/accent).
- Extra (for editorial/fantasy): process photo (sketch/plan), list of products used.
- Maximum 15 photos / category.
MAKE-UP judging criteria (10p each):
1. Overall impression & visual impact - 10p
2. Technique & blends - 10p
3. Color matching and harmony - 10p
4. Accuracy (eye line, lips) - 10p
5. Finish & durability (studio/HD look) - 10p
6. Respect the theme (for creative/editorial) - 10p
7. Originality & creativity (for fantasy/editorial) - 10p
8. Adaptation to model features - 10p
9. Hygiene & best practices (products, application) - 10p
10. Documentation & presentation photo - 10p
Makeup max total: 100p (normalize for inter-probe comparisons).
MAKE-UP penalties:
- Edit obvious photo / watermark
- Non-compliance: deduction of points.

- General - general procedure
- All entries are evaluated by an international jury of min. 4 jurors + 4 assistant jurors per nomination per category.
- Each criterion has a maximum score (see the sections on evidence).
- The final test score = the sum of the points awarded (the scale varies per test).
- The organizer may publish the judging sheet and marks if transparency is decided.

- Penalties & grounds for disqualification
- Obviously edited photos / material (filters changing proportions) - disqualification.
- Lack of model agreement / falsified medical statements - disqualification.
- Non-compliance with essential technical requirements (wrong volume on extensions, non-compliant PMU technique) - points deducted or disqualification.
- Improper behavior / fraud in communication with the jury - disqualification.

- Awards & Titles
Prizes and titles will be awarded at the Grand Final Gala (on the boat)
Titles on evidence:
- Junior Queen (best in Junior category, all events)
- Master Queen (best in Master category)
- Elite Queen (best in Elite category)
- Lami Queen (best in Eyelash and eyebrow styling)
- PMU Queen - the best participant(s) in the PMU trials (eyebrows, lips, eyeliner)
- Make-Up Queen - best in Make-Up (Bridal, Editorial, Creative)
- Nails Queen - the best in Nail-Art
- Lash Art Queen - for Fantasy / Art category
Supreme Queen
- The title is awarded to the competitor with the highest cumulative score in the events he/she has competed in (see calculation formula below).
- Awards: special trophy, "World Supreme Queen 2026" diploma, sponsor package and a dream vacation in Dubai
- Eligibility: in order to be considered for the Queen Supreme, the participant must enter a minimum of 2 other different events, at least one of which must be one of the following: Lash lift (any), PMU or Make-Up.
Prizes for the first 3 places (per title): trophy, diploma, medal, sponsors products package.

To compare scores between samples with different maximums (e.g. Lash max 130, PMU max 110, Makeup max 100) we use normalization:
1. For each event in which a competitor participated:
Normalized score (%) = (Score obtained / Maximum sample score) Γ 100
2. The best 3 normalized scores of the participant are taken (if he competed in less than 3 events, all available scores are taken).
3. Final Queen Supreme score = sum of the 3 best normalized scores.
- Example: if the participant has normalized 92.3, 88.0 and 95.6 β total = 275.9.
4. Tie-breakers:
a) Total raw score on all tests;
b) The highest normalized score in a single test;
c) Jury majority decision (vote).
d) If applicable, a quick live mini-challenge (announced in advance).
This method balances samples with different scales and rewards consistency and excellence across multiple samples.

- Image rights & use of materials
- By registering, the participant grants the organizer the right to use the photos entered for promotional purposes related to the event (website, social media, catalog), with mention of the source if decided.
- The organizer is not responsible for the use of images for other purposes by third parties. If you want additional restrictions, please specify them in the e-mail when you register.

- Final provisions
- The organizer reserves the right to change the rules, with notification to the participants.
- By entering, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these rules.
- The jury's decisions are final.
